Chris Vasiliou is a construction management professional with deep expertise in low-voltage systems and project management across both the ICI and residential sectors. As President of CTK, he has grown the company from the ground up into a multi-million dollar enterprise with multiple specialized divisions —spanning electrical, security and general contracting services.
Since launching operations, CTK has scaled by over 300% in its first year and has completed hundreds of projects, primarily within the ICI sector. Today, CTK SYS Inc., CTK CONSTRUCT Inc., and CTK Services Inc. deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions performed by a multidisciplinary team of licensed trades professionals. From urgent service calls to large-scale, multi-million dollar builds, CTK is a trusted one-stop-shop contractor for clients across Canada.
Chris holds a Civil Engineering Advanced Diploma from Humber College, along with several company-wide certifications including CommScope and Wirewerks (structured cabling and fibre optics), Kantech (security and access control) and exacqVision (integrated camera systems). He and the CTK team make it a priority to maintain the technical credentials and forward-thinking approach required to meet the evolving demands of modern construction projects.
