As the founder and leader of Evergreen Growth Collective, I’ve built my career on helping entrepreneurs and small business owners transform their vision into thriving, sustainable businesses. My path to this work was shaped by over a decade of experience leading teams, scaling operations, and driving results in high-growth environments.
For nine years, I led the Product Management department at a 400-person tech startup, helping raise over $30 million in investment funds and managing products and services that generated more than $40 million in recurring annual revenue. This experience gave me firsthand insight into what it takes to grow a business—from navigating complex challenges to creating systems that foster clarity and momentum.
I started Evergreen Growth Collective to channel that expertise into empowering service-based entrepreneurs. We’re not just a consulting firm; we’re Business Growth Advisors dedicated to providing clarity, focus, and actionable strategies.
