Jodi Barrett is the founder of KBStronger and the creator of the Kettlebell Strength Method, a training philosophy built around developing real strength, nervous system capacity, and sustainable movement. After spending more than a decade as a stay at home mom, Jodi made a bold decision at 41 to completely reinvent her life. She purchased the rights to a kettlebell certification brand from the United States and expanded it across Canada, certifying trainers and helping people rethink how strength and fitness can fit into everyday life.
